Gro Anita Johansen debuted with Frem Fra Glemselen, kap. 21 - released in 2008. She was like so many other talents from the region, discovered by Per Johan Skjærstad.  - When she debuted, she worked in schools in Hamar and led 3 choirs simultaneously!  Her warm voice led her into dance band Contrazt and directly to the top of the Album Charts.

Gro Anita and Contrazt are relevant in this year's Eurovision Song Contest.
